Career with Morrish & Co: Duncan joined the Practice in 1992 as a trainee solicitor and since qualification has dealt with a broad variety of Civil and Commercial Litigation including Professional Negligence and Personal Injury cases as well as working closely with the firms Probate Department in contentious matters.

 

Appointed as a Partner in 2004, he has developed particular experience and expertise in negligence claims against Solicitors, employers liability cases and high value and complex claims generally.

 

His caseload includes claims for both individual and institutional clients, and in particular he acts for a number of leading trade unions.

 

Duncan is an active member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
