Jayne has represented a range of Trades Union clients since admission as a Solicitor in 1999 in both Employment Law and Personal Injury, although Employment Law is her area of specialism. Jayne has dealt with a wide variety of Employment related cases, from unfair dismissal, race, sex and disability discrimination to multi-handed protective awards. She has also delivered talks to Union Officers and members on a wide variety of Employment Law topics.
