Career with Morrish & Co:
Simon specialises in advising and assisting Trade Unions on a national basis. He has been involved from an
early stage in the implementation of both Conditional Fee Agreements and Collective Conditional Fee
Agreements. He also heads the Practices Private Client and Catastrophic Injury Departments. He co-ordinates
the regional group of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and has been a member of the Law Society's
Personal Injury Panel almost since its introduction. He is also the Treasurer of the Regional Committee of
HEADWAY, a charity for victims of head and brain injury.
