Specialises in:
Employment Rights. Toni has represented a number of
Trade Union clients and their members in all areas of
Employment Law. Toni has dealt with a wide variety of
employment cases, including unfair dismissal,
redundancy, race, sex, disability and age
discrimination, TUPE issues and multi handed protective
award claims. Toni also assists with the Practice's IT
and has responsibility for developing the Case
Management system and training staff.
Career with Morrish & Co:
Joined the Practice in 2000 and commenced Training Contract in 2001
Interests:
Outside of work, Toni's main interest is travel (funds permitting!), but she's always happy where there is good food and good wine on offer.
